Magnus was a beautiful pup from the start. He was a middle of the range type of guy without any pazzazz.

Magnus did not stand out in the litter until at nearly 3 months we put a lead on him THEN ....... he strutted his stuff and stood out in the group. Dam!!! He looked better than Ollie then.

He must have looked pretty good as he was shortlisted in the top 5 out of 36 in his first sweepstakes and then 3rd out of 13 at his second sweepstakes showing. Not too shabby!

Well what can I say?

Magnus along with his co-owner Chrissy attend retirement villages and have cuddles with the guests. Magnus is gentle and considerate of the needs of these older humans.

He is a true gentleman and a fabulous ambassador to our breed.

Magnus is the 2008 top Finnish Lapphund (DOL and Showdogs pointscore). We cannot state the we are no proud of what he and Chrissy are doing in the ring under our prefix.

We were lucky enough to have some Finnish judges visit Australia. Both of these judges know this breed well. Magnus was awarded

Runner Up in Group / Intermediate in Group Judge was Mrs M Talvitie (FIN))

Intermediate in Show Judge was Mr T Eerola (FIN))

Are we proud of this young man. You bet!!!!

We know that he is a beautiful example of the breed. This was reinforced with the written critique from Marja Talvitie.
