December saw us with 2 lovely litters that are our first in 13 months.
End of year round up
We did not do badly for a team of youngsters being campaigned against older and more seasoned exhibits.
Aarre is well over the half way mark to her Grand Championship and finished 3rd in the National Rising star for Lapphunds, 3rd also in the National for Best of Breed wins as well as 14th in the Lapphund top dog awards.
Vieno who is some 6 months younger completed the year 2nd in the National Rising Star and 15th in the top Dog awards.
Oriane who only had a few shows finished 14th in the Rising Star competition.

We have had an exciting time over the past few months. A little slack in showing as we have not attended any. But we did travel to Melbourne to attend the FLCV specialty show along with the surrounding shows.
At the specialty we did not do too badly overall. Vidar - Ch Theldaroy LumiPalo Vidar won Res DCC from a lovely class of winners. Vieno Ch Theldaroy Ynot Show Uv Got It won Puppy of Show His Sister Helvi Theldaroy Ynot AddSome Spice won Best Opposite Puppy of Show Aarre Ch Theldaroy Xpensive Treasure ai won her class and then Best Opposite Junior in Show Riki Sup Ch Neuter Ch Theldaroy Anyone Dare To Diffa ET won the Neuter DCC and then went on to RUB Neuter in Show behind Quinn. Helvi and Maddie won Best Brace with their first time together as a brace. Theldaroy won second place in the team event. The lovely Zutki was unplaced in the open class. |

September
Theldaroy Ynot Show Uv Got It has become an Australian Champion. He did this on the first weekend of September with his winning of 2 Best of Breed awards over Aarre. We are very happy with the way that this boy is progressing.

Some truly exciting news is happening.
It has finally happened! Together with Mirawee Finnish Lapphunds in WA, we have imported some frozen semen from 3 gorgeous boys. We hope that these boys will assist in our breeding program. |
Riki - Supreme Ch Theldaroy Anyone Dare To Diffa ET has another title to his name. He has in a couple of weeks become a Neuter Champion as well.

Odin- Ch Lapinlumon Vehlo (Imp Den) has come to live with us here at Theldaroy. He comes with the new show kid, Oriane aka Snofyre OMG What A Dream

We have successfully completed Zutki's Grand Championship in June.
Both Aarre and Vieno continue to share some wins of classes in Group but we cannot manage a class in show. Both these youngsters did well at their first Brisbane Royal outing. Aarre won her challenge and went Runner up to Best of Breed, Vieno went Reserve Challenge from the Minor class. We are planning our litters for the end of the year. Check out the Puppy page. |

January to April
We have been very slack in updating this website for the past 12 months. So here briefly are a few events that we can recall
* we have had our first litter of Siberians (Spirit) between Gazza and Spirit in several years. These pups were sold and Wolfie got to play with me for a while. He won many Baby in groups in the 4 weeks we had him before going to his new home in Sydney.
* We had a litter of lapphunds (Ynot) as well and kept young Vieno who has been enjoying his show life winning a few classes in group.
* Aarre continues to win her classes in group but as yet not converting another to a show win.
* Zutki continues to earn some Best of Breeds getting him closer to his Grand title.
* Spirit who had to be desexed with her litter birthing, has earned her Neuter title in a month gaining the final points with a Neuter in Show.
